A. van Zandwijk has been working with extractive soil remediation, decontamination and the setting up of systems on behalf of some of our customers for more than 10 years. Using this extensive experience and knowledge, we built our own custom installation. This fitted in very well with the various other work activities carried out by A. van Zandwijk. Above all, we have seen increasing demand from our customers concerning our work activities with soil remediation. And listening to our customers carefully is one of the characteristics of our company.

The whole world is our workplace. Conditions and requirements are different at each location. Van Zandwijk’s multi-functional installation is suitable for use anywhere.

EXTRACTIVE SOIL REMEDIATION

Extractive soil remediation (also called wet or physical cleaning) is a technique suitable for sandy to loamy soils that may be contaminated with oils, asbestos, heavy metals, PAKs and chlorinated products.

Clean and contaminated parts of the soil are separated. The clean material can be re-used and is suitable for various applications. The remaining material is then drained and dumped.

OUR INSTALLATION AT YOUR LOCATION.

We have built our own installation in-house, using our ten years of knowledge and experience. We chose to make it a modular structure in frame sizes of 20, 40 and 45ft. The installation is ready to be deployed all over the world.

The frames are stackable and can be adjusted to meet specific requirements. Assembly and disassembly does not take long thanks to the use of quick fasteners. The configuration of the installation can be adapted to meet the specific requirements of a customer or the project, such as expansion of the sludge removal and an additional input for a second product.
